New Jersey Real Estate Salesperson Courses are offered in a variety of convenient schedules. All course material is included in tuition (i.e. course book). Prerequisites: To obtain a real estate salespersons license in New Jersey you are required to be at least 18 years of age, have a high school education or equivalent, successfully complete 75 hours* of instruction at a school approved by the New Jersey Real Estate Commission, pass a state examination, furnish evidence of good moral character and be sponsored for licensure by a New Jersey broker. A salesperson candidate must be a legal resident of the United States, but does not have to be a citizen. *Get your Real Estate License in 12 Days* and be ready in time for the Spring Market. * This course fulfills the education requirement of 75 hours. Student must go on to pass the state exam in order to obtain a real estate license.
