New Jersey Real Estate Salesperson Courses are offered in a variety of convenient schedules. All course material is included in tuition (i.e. course book). Prerequisites: To obtain a real estate salespersons license in New Jersey you are required to be at least 18 years of age, have a high school education or equivalent, successfully complete 75 hours* of instruction at a school approved by the New Jersey Real Estate Commission, pass a state examination, furnish evidence of good moral character and be sponsored for licensure by a New Jersey broker. A salesperson candidate must be a legal resident of the United States, but does not have to be a citizen.

* This course fulfills the education requirement of 75 hours. Student must go on to pass the state exam in order to obtain a real estate license. Office Contact Number: (201) 833-1538.
*The day classes meets Monday thru Thursday 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM. Also, we
offer evening classes Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM.
